Field Collected: Tom Mortimer from crate of Palermo rocks given by Bob Whitmore. Catalog No.: Notes: Whitlockite indicated by EDS analysis On a mine dump, massive whitlockite might be mistaken for feldspar, but lacks feldspar cleavages.

Black botryoidal hematite with red ocher iron oxide. Field Collected: Tom Mortimer Catalog No.: Notes: Hematite confirmed by EDS analysis Specimen found in a weathering pyrite area. Initially thought this might be hisingerite, but EDS show lack of required silica for hisingerite.
